OTHER EVENTS
On December 11, 2017, the Company amended its Articles of Incorporation to increase its authorized common stock to 2,000,000,000 shares and it Series A Preferred to 15,000,000 shares, with no changes in par value. The increase in the common stock was made necessary because of the reserves required by the Company’s holders of convertible notes.
