Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On December 21, 2017, Philip Green notified BakerCorp International, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective December 31, 2017. Pursuant to the same notification, Mr. Green also resigned from the Compensation Committee of the Board. Mr. Green’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
