Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 21, 2017, Athene Holding Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has entered into an agreement with Voya Financial, Inc. to reinsure approximately $19 billion of fixed and fixed indexed annuity liabilities. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference to this Item 7.01.
