Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh ("Bank") Independent Director Pamela H. Godwin has informed the Bank that, due to other matters requiring increased amounts of her time and attention, she’ll no longer have the time to serve the Bank and is resigning as an Independent Director effective December 31, 2017. Under the rules of the Federal Housing Finance Agency ("Finance Agency"), the Bank’s Board is required to select a replacement Independent Director meeting the applicable requirements of Finance Agency regulation 12 C.F.R. Part 1261 for the remainder of Ms. Godwin’s term, which expires on December 31, 2019.
