Western Asset/Claymore Inflation-Linked Securities & Income Fund (the “Fund”) hereby furnishes the information in Exhibit 99.1, its Amended and Restated Bylaws, which have been revised to add Article 13.

On December 19, 2017, Jane Trust resigned from the Board of Trustees of the Fund. She continues to serve as President of the Fund.
