Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 15, 2017, Learning Tree International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release setting forth its results of operations for its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2017, which ended September 29, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
