Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 14, 2017, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh ("FHLBank") issued a notice to its members regarding annualized dividend rate increases anticipated to be paid in the 2018 calendar year. A copy of the notice is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The anticipated rate increases are not a guarantee or a commitment by the FHLBank regarding the payment of any dividends or the level of dividends. Market conditions may be unpredictable and their impact on FHLBank’s results of operations and financial condition, as well as any changes in applicable regulatory or other requirements, may affect FHLBank’s ability to declare dividends or to pay dividends at such anticipated rates.
