On December 6, 2017, Gail K. Boudreaux notified Xcel Energy Inc. that she is resigning from the Board of Directors of Xcel Energy Inc. effective December 31, 2017 due to other professional time commitments.
A copy of the Press Release announcing this change to the Board of Directors is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.01.
