Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 11, 2017, the Global Equity International, Inc. (“Company”) Board of Directors approved the incorporation of a United Kingdom subsidiary.
On December 12, 2017, the Company´s Board of Directors incorporated a United Kingdom company called Argentum 47 Financial Management Limited. This new subsidiary´s UK Company Number is 11107976 and its registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
The purpose of the incorporation of this new subsidiary is to serve as a holding company for the acquisition of all of the UK based advisory firms that the Company intends to acquire. Argentum 47 Financial Management Limited is fully owned and controlled by the Company
