On December 6, 2017, Renmin Tianli Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting"). The only matter presented was the election of directors. Set forth below is the number of votes cast for or or withheld for each nominee.
