On December 6, 2017, Ward D. McNeilly gave notice to Antero Midstream GP LP (“AMGP”) of his intent to retire as Senior Vice President of Reserves, Planning & Midstream of the general partner of AMGP. Mr. McNeilly’s resignation will take effect on May 1, 2018.
