News Release: On December 6, 2017, Newmont Mining Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Newmont”), issued a news release announcing its 2018 outlook and updated long-term operating outlook guidance. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
