On December 1, 2017, Paul Goodrich, a Class I member of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Redfin Corporation (“Redfin”), resigned from the Board and all of its committees, effective immediately. Mr. Goodrich’s decision to resign was not related to any disagreement with Redfin’s operations, policies or practices.
