Item 8.01 On December 4, 2017, MVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”), the holding company of MVB Bank, issued a press release announcing that its common stock has been approved for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. The Company expects that its common stock will begin trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market on Thursday, December 7, 2017 under the symbol “MVBF.” A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
