Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 1, 2017, TC PipeLines, LP (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing that it will participate at the 16th Annual Wells Fargo Pipeline, MLP and Utility Symposium on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in New York City. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
