On November 29, 2017, Red Lion Hotels Corporation, doing business as RLH Corporation, hosted an Investor Day in Denver with presentations given by Greg Mount, President & CEO, and members of the executive and senior leadership teams. 

A copy of the company’s press release, dated November 30, 2017, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

The investor presentations for Investor Day on November 29, 2017 are furnished for purposes of Regulation FD, which the registrant may use when making presentations to shareholders, investors, analysts and other third parties.
