Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 29, 2017, FAT Brands Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the 39 weeks and 13 weeks ended September 24, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

The Company also hosted a conference call on November 29, 2017 in which the financial results were discussed.
