Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 29, 2017, Yield10 Bioscience, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has adjourned its special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) that was to have taken place originally on November 29, 2017 to December 27, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time. The record date of October 3, 2017 remains unchanged. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
