On November 29, 2017, Atkore International Group Inc. (the "Company" or "Atkore") issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
The information contained in Item 7.01 concerning the presentation to the Atkore investors is hereby incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
