ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
Disposition of North Creek Parkway Center
On November 22, 2017, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) completed the disposition of the last real estate asset in its portfolio, a six building office property containing approximately 205,707 rentable square feet located in Bothell, Washington (“North Creek Parkway Center”). North Creek Parkway Center was sold to a purchaser unaffiliated with the Company or its advisor for $36.5 million, excluding closing credits. The net cash to the Company from the disposition of North Creek Parkway Center was approximately $34.8 million, net of closing credits, closing costs and disposition fees.
