Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 28, 2017, Cidara Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the timing of enrollment and topline results of its Phase 2 clinical trial of rezafungin acetate, called the STRIVE study. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Item 8.01 Other Events
On November 28, 2017, the Company announced that it had completed enrollment in the STRIVE study, its Phase 2 randomized clinical trial evaluating the safety, tolerability and efficacy of once-weekly dosing of its lead antifungal candidate rezafungin acetate compared to once-daily dosing of caspofungin in patients with candidemia and invasive candidiasis. The Company expects to report topline data for STRIVE in the first quarter of 2018.
