Item 5.02              Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 20, 2017, Dean Foods Company (the “Company”) announced that Kimberly Warmbier, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Human Resources, will depart the Company effective December 1, 2017.  Ms. Warmbier will be eligible to receive compensation and benefits pursuant to the Company’s Amended and Restated Executive Severance Pay Plan after her termination of employment.
