Explanatory Note
This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends (“Amendment”) the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original Report”) filed by New Jersey Resources Corporation (the “Company”) on November 17, 2017. This Amendment is being filed for the sole purpose of including a hyperlink to the exhibit filed with the Original Report. No other changes to the Form 8-K were effected.
