(b) On November 14, 2017, Mr. Joseph S. Shan gave notice of his resignation as Vice President, Clinical & Regulatory Affairs of Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), effective December 31, 2017. The Company does not intend to replace Mr. Shan’s position as the Company transitions to a pure play contract development and manufacturing organization.
