On November 16, 2017, the Board of Directors of Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:FBSS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, payable on January 2, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
