The Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 15, 2017 included a press release regarding the New York State Department of Financial Services approval of the charter conversion application filed by The Bridgehampton National Bank, as well as the branch rationalization pursuant to which certain bank branches would be closed or consolidated. The press release incorrectly identified one of the branches to be closed or consolidated. A corrected press release has been issued and is attached to this Form 8-K.
