Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 14, 2017, the Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release setting forth the Company’s results of operations for its quarter ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
