On November 8, 2017, Mr. Mark L. Griffin notified Raven Industries, Inc. (the "Company") of his intention to retire from the Company's Board of Directors effective December 4, 2017. Mr. Griffin has served on the Board of Directors for 30 years, joining the Board in 1987.
