Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition
On November 10, 2017, JetPay Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety.
