On November 9, 2017, Global Medical REIT Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial position as of September 30, 2017, and operating results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2017 and other related information. A copy of the press release has been furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
