On November 9, 2017, Fuse Medical, Inc. (“Fuse” or the “Company”) issued a press release, furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the Company’s entry into a non-binding Letter of Intent to purchase all of the outstanding units of membership interest of CPM Medical Consultants, LLC, a privately-owned national distributor of medical device implants and biologics.
