Item 8.01. Other Events.
Creation of New Wholly Owned Subsidiary
On January 26, 2017, The Registrant formed a new wholly owned subsidiary called Cannabis Therapeutics, Inc.
The purpose of the new subsidiary is to explore synergies in researching and developing new CBD-based nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical compounds based on the Registrant’s International Application (PCT) for its Provisional Patent named “Cannabidiol Compositions Including Mixtures and Uses Thereof” which was filed on October 8th, 2015 in regards to its Cannabis Hemp CBD (Cannabidiol) Oil
