Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 9, 2017, Adams Resources & Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing financial results and its dividend declaration for the quarter ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
