Item 8.01 Other Events
On November 7, 2017, Nicholas Woodman, Chief Executive Officer of GoPro, Inc. (the “Company”) sent an update to the Company’s employees addressing recent sales of shares, pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan, by a trust for which he and his spouse are co-trustees. A copy of such update is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1
