Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 1, 2017, Seth Wiggins informed Real Goods Solar, Inc. (the “Company”) that effective November 14, 2017 he would be resigning from all positions with the Company, including his positions as Senior Vice President of the Company, in order to pursue an opportunity in a new industry.
