Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 1, 2017, the board of directors of CĪON Investment Corporation, including a majority of the board of directors who are not interested persons, approved the renewal of the (i) investment advisory agreement with CION Investment Management, LLC; and (ii) administration agreement with ICON Capital, LLC, each for a period of twelve months commencing December 17, 2017.
