Amendments to the Registrant’s Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics.

(a)On October 27, 2017, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of PRA Group Inc. (the “Company”) approved a revised Code of Conduct (the “Code”), which expanded provisions related to data protection, conformed the provisions of the Code to the Company’s policy governing insider trading and reformatted the Code to be consistent with the Company’s most recent core values statement. A copy of the revised Code is available in the Investors - Corporate Governance section of the Company’s website at http://ir.pragroup.com/corporate-governance.
