Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 27, 2017, OurPet’s Company (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
