On October 26, 2017, the Board of Directors of Southern California Edison Company (“SCE”) elected Aaron D. Moss to serve as Vice President and Controller of SCE, effective immediately. As previously disclosed, Mr. Moss was appointed to serve as SCE’s acting Controller effective October 13, 2017.
Mr. Moss, age 46, has been Edison International’s Vice President and Controller since February 2016 and will retain that position and his existing compensation arrangements. He was a Vice President of Edison International from August 2014 through February 2016. He previously held the positions of Controller at the Edison Mission Energy ("EME") Reorganization Trust (an entity formed as part of the EME bankruptcy to hold creditors' interests after the sale of EME's assets) from April to June 2014 and Vice President and Controller at EME from October 2011 to April 2014.
