Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release today announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share on October 27, 2017. The dividend is payable on November 16, 2017 to shareholders of record on November 6, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
