Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 26, 2017, Old National Bancorp (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable December 15, 2017, to shareholders of record on December 1, 2017. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-dividend date of the cash dividend is November 30, 2017.
Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is the press release issued by the Company announcing the dividend.
