On October 26, 2017, First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the Company’s press release containing this information is being “furnished” as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
