ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On October 23, 2017 ALR Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a new video presentation that shows how health care providers use the features of ALRT’s Diabetes Management System to support patients with Type 2 Diabetes. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this item 7.01.
The Company also updates that its 2015 year-end audit has commenced and its 2015 10K is expected to be filed on or before December 8, 2015. The 2016 year-end audit engagement will start immediately after the 2015 year-end audit is complete.
