Item 2.02 | RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION |
On October 24, 2017, General Motors Financial Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
In lieu of a conference call, management recorded remarks addressing the results. This recording, along with the presentation slides and the press release, will be posted to the Company’s website. Materials can be accessed via the Investor Relations section of the website at www.gmfinancial.com.
