Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On October 24, 2017, CenterState Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: CSFL) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results and additional information.  A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K. CenterState will host a conference call on  Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 2:00pm (EST) to discuss its third quarter 2017 results.
