On October 20, 2017, the Company’s officers began discussions with an investment group to use the officers’ shares as collateral for an investment into the Company. As part of the deal, the company will withdrawal the S-1 that is currently on file as the investment group would provide the necessary capital for the next phase. The deal could include the investment group acquiring shares from the officers in exchange for capital investment into the company. The company is expecting the deal will close within 30 days.
