ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On October 23, 2017, Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release with respect to the closing of its public offering of units for gross proceeds of $18,000,000. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
In addition, on October 23, 2017, the Company issued a press release in Sweden with respect to the public disclosure of certain financial information. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
