On October 23, 2017, Customers Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain preliminary unaudited financial information for the quarter ended September 30, 2017, a copy of which is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
