On October 19, 2017, Hercules Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc. has reaffirmed the Company’s investment grade corporate rating of BBB+. The text of the press release is included as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
