Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 19, 2017, CoBiz Financial Inc. issued a release announcing its earnings for the third quarter 2017, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Board of Directors of CoBiz Financial Inc. declared a $0.055 cash dividend on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 2017. This dividend will be paid on November 6, 2017 to shareholders of record on October 30, 2017.
